'ABCDE' beware for too much sunbathing when Work From Home (WFH)

Several articles on social media suggest to regularly sunbath during the covid-19 pandemic to kill the virus. However, It should be noted sunbathing time and duration because it can cause skin problems if its not at the appropriate hours.
Skin problem which can arise during too much sunbathing will cause redness of the skin (sunburn), elasticity disturbance which appear as dry and even wrinkled or rough skin and sometimes appear as pigmented or brownish areas on the skin. It can cause skin cancer if repeated or cumulative UV exposure for long time. The early sign of skin cancer can be seen through changes of our moles and it called as ABCDE sign. A means asymmetric changes, B means borders or the edge was irregular, C means changes in colour, D the diameter of the mole more than 6 mm and E means evolving which shows an increase shape,size and colour year by year.
Therefore, according to the WHO recommendation recommends to avoid sunbathing at midday between 10 a.m until 4 p.m because the UV rays was the strongest during that time, ascertain the UV index in each region, use hat and sun glasses to protect the face from excessive sun exposure and use sunscreen with SPF 15+ regularly every 2 hours.
